    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician role is an integral part of the Maintenance department in maintaining the day-to-day operational activities. This role will work with our maintenance team to ensure machines are maintained with a high level of accuracy and reliability. Through supporting roll forming machines, shears and hydraulic and pneumatic punching equipment, mechanical presses, turrets and folders as well as electronic equipment, including input/output networks, PLC Support, variable speed drives, ranging from simple on–off controls to complex control wiring for product lines, with Hydraulic and pneumatics controls. Assist and carry out break down and preventative maintenance activities to ensure efficient uptime and quality of the Studco Building Systems product range.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">We are looking for someone to work on our <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1st shift or 2nd shift (3 PM - 12 AM)</span> to join our Maintenance Team! </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">2nd shift has a 10% shift differential on top of base pay!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Developmental opportunities and growth as identified by the business. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">General Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Work as a vital part of the Maintenance team, liaising with all levels of employees in cross functional setting to minimize machine downtime and improve efficiencies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Abide by communication protocol for all Studco Team Members.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Work as a team. Call out for additional assistance immediately when a question comes up that you are not highly competent in responding to.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Manage time in an effective manner, such that all tasks are done in specific time zones each day.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Liaise with all levels of employees under direction from the Operations Manager</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Troubleshoot and repair roll formers and other equipment, properly documenting machine issues in FIXX maintenance program.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Able to use drill presses, grinders, tool and die equipment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Replace and repair bearings, shafts, dies, punches, sleeves and rolls</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Perform and document preventative maintenance as required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Machining and fitting to modify machinery, rolls, dies and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Troubleshoot / diagnose PLC control systems software and hardware issues</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Troubleshoot / diagnose AMS/Eclipse Rollforming software system and issues</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Communicate machine issues/downtime to other shifts as well as supervisor/management</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">Increase machine uptime and support operators to improve efficiency.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
