This exempt position will report directly to the Customer Servie Ready Mix Dispatch Manager. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Ready Mix Concrete Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily dispatch operations across multiple ready-mix plants to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of concrete to customers. This role supervises dispatchers and/or customer service representatives, optimizes fleet utilization, drives service excellence, and ensures alignment between Operations, Sales, Quality Control, and Plant teams.</p>\n<p>The Dispatch Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in balancing customer expectations, plant production capabilities, driver availability, and logistical constraints while driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), CY/DH, lost loads, and service levels.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li><strong> Operational Leadership</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and support daily dispatch operations across assigned plants/regions.</li>\n <li>Ensure optimal scheduling and routing of drivers to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.</li>\n <li>Monitor real-time order fulfillment and adjust dispatch plans as needed.</li>\n <li>Oversee start-of-day planning and end-of-day reconciliation processes.</li>\n <li>Manage driver wash-out decisions in coordination with system recommendations and operational needs.</li>\n <li>Ensure effective communication of service alerts, plant issues, weather impacts, and jobsite delays.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Team Leadership & Development</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Directly supervise dispatchers and/or customer service representatives.</li>\n <li>Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing development conversations.</li>\n <li>Lead daily huddles focused on safety, service levels, and performance metrics.</li>\n <li>Support onboarding and training of new team members.</li>\n <li>Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Customer Service Excellence</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.</li>\n <li>Support resolution of escalated service issues.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Sales and Operations to manage high-priority placements and large pours.</li>\n <li>Monitor call center performance metrics including service level, response times, and abandoned calls.</li>\n <li>Reinforce customer-focused behaviors across the team.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Performance Management & KPIs</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>On-Time Delivery (OTD)</li>\n  <li>Cubic Yards per Driver Hour (CY/DH)</li>\n  <li>Lost Loads</li>\n  <li>Truck Turn Time</li>\n  <li>Driver Productivity</li>\n  <li>Call Center Service Levels</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Identify trends and implement process improvements.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital optimization tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Plant Managers</li>\n  <li>Operations Managers</li>\n  <li>Sales Managers</li>\n  <li>Quality Control</li>\n  <li>Fleet Maintenance</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Participate in planning meetings for large placements.</li>\n <li>Support implementation of technology platforms (dispatch systems, telematics, optimization tools).</li>\n <li>Align dispatch decisions with company safety, financial, and operational goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong> Safety & Compliance</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Reinforce safety-first culture in all dispatch decisions.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, driver hours, and company policies.</li>\n <li>Support incident review and root cause analysis when applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>\n <li>3–5+ years of experience in ready-mix concrete dispatch or logistics.</li>\n <li>1–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience managing multi-plant or high-volume dispatch operations strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong operational decision-making</li>\n <li>High sense of urgency and situational awareness</li>\n <li>Advanced problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Data-driven mindset</li>\n <li>Clear and concise communication</li>\n <li>Conflict resolution</li>\n <li>Leadership and coaching ability</li>\n <li>Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Titan Florida is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to all qualified persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a Disabled Veteran, Three‐Year Recently Separated Veteran, Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran, Active Duty Wartime or Campaign Badge Veteran, or other protected status. </p>",
