Role: Lecturer (Health and Social Care) Location:  Central London Campuses and Southall | Full-Time | Salary:  Up to £48,000 per annum subject to skills and experience Start Date:   August / September 2026 Regent College London is seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our growing academic team. The Role As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of health and social care modules. You'll support students on campus, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement.  Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standards Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms Set, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and exams Support students academically and pastorally, including those with learning support needs Engage with quality assurance processes, contribute to module and programme evaluations Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where applicable What We’re Looking For Essential: A Master's degree in a relevant health and social care related field Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes A flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement Willingness to work towards HEA Fellowship (if not already held) Desirable: PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience Research or enterprise activity involvement Teaching qualification Experience leading modules or academic teams  What We Offer A diverse and inclusive academic environment Opportunities for professional development and progression Involvement in curriculum innovation and scholarship Supportive leadership and collegiate team culture Working Hours & Flexibility 40 hours per week (schedule may include evenings and weekends) Must be flexible to travel between our Southall and Central London Campuses Apply Now!
