          "text": "<p>Coffman Engineers’ is seeking a<strong> Senior Electrical Engineer</strong> in consulting engineering and project management with ten to fifteen years of experience for our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm. The successful individual will work closely with our business development team and other discipline leads in developing technical proposals and will take a proactive role in marketing/business development. This role provides the opportunity to help build and mentor a dedicated team of engineering professionals within a collaborative multidiscipline office. This candidate will be working directly with clients providing consulting services.</p><p>Applicants must be well versed in all aspects of electrical systems design and specification. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team.</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>Requirements Include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Perform the following functions:<ul><li>Design of electrical systems</li><li>Manage and design multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Strong ability to interpret technical drawings</li><li>Lead design team efforts</li><li>Manage project team for budget and schedule control</li><li>Develop fee and qualification-based proposals</li></ul></li><li>Must be familiar with electrical/energy codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NESC, IESNA, IECC, etc.)</li><li>Must have SKM, ETAP, or similar electrical modeling software experience.</li><li>The focus of the experience must be in the power industry associated with electrical engineering and design of Industrial, higher education, healthcare, federal government and/or commercial projects.</li><li>Experience with lighting design is desired, but not required.</li><li>Experience with Telecom, A/V, Cybersecurity, and security designs is desired, but not required.</li><li>Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint software preferred.</li><li>Conduct marketing/business development activities.</li><li>Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.</li><li>Ability to travel.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) in Electrical engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering (required)</li><li>10 to 15 years of experience.</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Project Management experience and/or certifications.</li><li>Desire to lead inter-disciplinary projects and project teams.</li><li>Local AHJ experience and relationships is a plus.</li><li>Active local industry involvement is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Compensation and Benefits</u></strong></p><ul><li>Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate</li><li>Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance</li><li>Hybrid Work Schedule&#xa0;<em>(subject to change)</em></li><li>401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution</li></ul><p><strong>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.</strong></p>",
