Position Summary: The Assistant Director, Creative Services supports the visual storytelling and digital content strategy for Rice Athletics, with primary responsibility for women’s basketball and additional involvement with select Olympic sports. This role focuses on creating high-quality video, photo, and digital content that supports recruiting, fan engagement, and brand visibility across multiple platforms. Working in collaboration with Athletics staff and the Creative Services team, this position contributes to content planning, social media execution, and creative production throughout the year. This is a full-time, on-campus role requiring flexibility with scheduling and travel during competitive seasons. Per Rice policy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change. *Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
