      "content": "\n<li><strong>Independently perform and manage</strong> air monitoring for asbestos abatement, lead, and mold remediation activities.</li>\n<li>Conduct complex indoor air quality investigations, including sampling design and interpreting results related to water intrusion events.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary on-site representative for routine and non-routine site inspections, including comprehensive bulk sample collection.</li>\n<li>Develop complete, high-quality technical reports, memos, and addendums, requiring minimal review from Project Management, to document site conditions and project-related issues.</li>\n<li>Conduct job site health &amp; safety inspections and identify/document potential hazards.</li>\n<li>Interact directly with contractors and sub-contractors to coordinate site access and daily activities.</li>\n<li>Mentor and train Junior Technicians on field procedures, safety protocols, and sampling techniques.</li>\n"

      "text": "Minimum Qualifications",
      "content": "\n<li>High School diploma required; AS or BS degree in a related field is strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience performing asbestos, lead paint, IAQ/mold, and general industrial hygiene monitoring/inspections.</li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to draft professional technical reports.</li>\n<li>Possession of a comprehensive combination of certifications (minimum of 3 of the following):</li>\n<li>EPA AHERA / NYSDOL Asbestos Project Monitor and Air Sampling Technician</li>\n<li>NYSDOL Mold Assessor</li>\n<li>NJ/EPA/NY Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector</li>\n<li>NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator</li>\n<li>Thorough working knowledge of MS Office software and industry-specific software/databases.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations for asbestos, lead paint, etc.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel to and from job sites within the NJ / NYC area.</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass a physical exam and be medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator.</li>\n<li>Must be available to occasionally work night or weekend hours and/or extended shifts beyond 8 hours.</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.</li>\n<li>Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to DOT-regulated random drug &amp; alcohol testing.</li>\n"
