From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.    </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>directs daily operation of two or more core services at a site to ensure employees have appropriate equipment and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines</li>\n <li>supervise day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards</li>\n <li>establish a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and equipment maintenance </li>\n <li>manage the budget by controlling costs (e.g. labor, inventory, equipment, materials), complying with budget requirements and making adjustments when necessary</li>\n <li>establish operating standards, implement quality improvements and communicate them to employees</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
