We’re seeking an FP&amp;A Manager to join our team in Boston. This position is hybrid with 1-2 days in our Waltham location. If you’re a finance leader with a passion for optimizing costs and driving profitability, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Do:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.</li>\n<li>Prepare and analyze the financial statements for the monthly reporting package.</li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute the cost center actual vs budget reporting, identify variances and timing delays of budgeted expenses.</li>\n<li>Analyze and optimize costs associated with delivering services for current and future products, focusing on customer support operations and R&amp;D expenses.</li>\n<li>Manage headcount tracking and planning for the Product Development and Engineering teams to align staffing with budgetary and project needs.</li>\n<li>Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and guide the forecasting process, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.</li>\n<li>Oversee and report on critical financial KPIs, including Gross Margin Percentage (GM%) and Utilization rates, to monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in finance management within technology or product-focused industries.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus; must have advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to perform cost and margin analysis in a dynamic product development environment.</li>\n<li>Effective at leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across various departments.</li>\n<li>Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Come as you are!  We search for amazing people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives.
