This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive financial discipline while supporting strategic initiatives.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and the ability to communicate actionable insights to leadership.</p><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support and lead components of the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, expenses, and key business drivers</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide clear explanations and recommendations</p></li><li><p>Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, including dashboards and performance summaries</p></li><li><p>Partner with functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Product, Operations, Sales) to support financial decision-making</p></li><li><p>Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue drivers, and operational efficiency</p></li><li><p>Support resource planning, investment evaluation, and cost optimization efforts</p></li><li><p>Translate financial data into clear business insights for non-financial stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case development for key initiatives</p></li><li><p>Support strategic projects such as new product launches, pricing changes, and process improvements</p></li><li><p>Evaluate financial impact of initiatives and track performance against expectations</p></li><li><p>Assist in long-term strategic planning and financial outlook development</p></li><li><p>Produce accurate and timely financial reporting packages</p></li><li><p>Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports</p></li><li><p>Improve reporting processes and automate where possible</p></li><li><p>Leverage tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, financial systems) to enhance data visualization and insights</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency</p></li><li><p>Support implementation of new tools, models, and best practices</p></li><li><p>Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial results and forecasts</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>4–7&#43; years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis, or related field</p></li><li><p>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, modeling, forecasting)</p></li><li><p>Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate effectively</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience supporting business units or revenue-generating functions</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, Anaplan)</p></li><li><p>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)</p></li><li><p>MBA, CFA, CPA, or progress toward certification</p></li></ul><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
