font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist the G8 in developing, implementing, and resolving capability development efforts across the range of Lethality capabilities based on three critical factors: 1) unit skill levels, 2) equipment capabilities, and 3) the identified lethality needs of the command.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Provide support to technology scouting and test and evaluation activities.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Communicate with various program offices, program executive offices, product line managers, &amp; others, at USSOCOM, HQMC, &amp; other government agencies as required.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Attend conferences, integrated product team (IPT) meetings, program management reviews, capability development events, and unit contact meetings as required.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt;
