You’ll own the accounting function across multiple entities and two countries, lead a team that’s ready to be developed, and design the systems and workflows that let us scale without losing control. You’ll work directly with our CFO and CEO and be a key voice in how the finance function matures alongside the business.</p>\n<p>One thing that sets this role apart: our marketing and advertising operation is a significant part of how we grow — in dollar volume, transaction complexity, and strategic importance. Building the systems and controls to support that investment is a defining part of this job. If you’ve worked in a high-volume, high-spend growth environment before, you’ll know exactly what that means.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL OWN</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full accounting function across all Dunn Group entities — month-end close, reporting, compliance, and cash management across BC and Alaska</li>\n<li>Design and implement scalable systems, policies, and procedures across both locations and countries</li>\n<li>Develop your team — coach junior staff, set clear expectations, build capability, and create a culture of accountability and high performance</li>\n<li>Build the financial infrastructure to support complex marketing and advertising spend</li>\n<li>Partner with the CFO and CEO on accounting methods, cash flow, and transaction structure</li>\n<li>Align both country teams to consistent best practices</li>\n<li>Identify, hire, and retain accounting talent as we grow</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA designation (required)</li>\n<li>7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience</li>\n<li>Cross-border Canada/US accounting experience (required) — you understand the compliance, tax, and reporting differences and can manage both seamlessly</li>\n<li>Multi-entity and multi-location experience (required) — you’ve consolidated across entities and kept clean books across geographies</li>\n<li>A proven track record of building processes and systems, not just running them</li>\n<li>Experience leading and developing teams — you raise people’s game</li>\n<li>A collaborator who can hold the line on controls without losing the room</li>\n<li>High energy, positive, and growth-oriented — you make teams better by being in them</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OUR CULTURE</span></p>\n<p>We grow fast, work hard, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
