Our early childhood program, Lamb School, offers classes for ages 6 months through Pre-K fours. The ideal candidate has a heart for children and a desire to serve in a faith-based environment. This position involves supervising and engaging students after school hours in a safe, nurturing, and structured setting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise children (infants – 4th grade) during after-school hours</li>\n<li>Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (crafts, games)</li>\n<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all students</li>\n<li>Communicate with parents and school staff as needed</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized environment</li>\n<li>Uphold and model Christian values in all interactions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with children (volunteer or paid) required</li>\n<li>A personal commitment to Christian faith and values<br></li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team</li>\n<li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent </li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n<li>Must pass a background test</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span><br>Our school operates August - May, with aftercare offered daily from 2-5pm Monday-Thursday and from 2-3pm on Friday. You must be available in August before the school year starts for teacher training and on teacher in-service days throughout the school year. We follow the Cy-Fair ISD calendar for most holidays and teacher work days.</p>",
