This includes the planning, design, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.  The role requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering, project management skills, and experience in the cement or similar heavy industry.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Planning and Management:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for electrical projects</li>\n  <li>Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, civil, process) to ensure integrated project planning</li>\n  <li>Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Design and Engineering:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead the design and engineering of electrical systems and components for new installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects</li>\n  <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations</li>\n  <li>Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Procurement and Contracts:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Collaborate with the procurement team to source electrical equipment and materials</li>\n  <li>Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers</li>\n  <li>Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and equipment</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Project Execution and Monitoring:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment</li>\n  <li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies</li>\n  <li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Team Leadership and Coordination:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors</li>\n  <li>Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities</li>\n  <li>Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Quality Assurance and Safety:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols for electrical projects</li>\n  <li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations</li>\n  <li>Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate hazards</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Reporting and Documentation:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management</li>\n  <li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design files, progress reports, and change orders</li>\n  <li>Ensure proper handover of completed projects to the operations and maintenance teams </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
