    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span> Sentry is seeking an experienced<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Steel Erection Foreman</span> to lead crews in the erection of<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pre-engineered metal buildings</span>, including structural steel, insulation systems, and exterior steel components. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, responsible for planning, safety, execution, and crew performance across multiple job sites. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and execute multiple steel erection projects simultaneously</li>\n<li>Lead daily jobsite kickoffs covering scope, sequencing, safety, and schedule</li>\n<li>Coordinate crew start times, locations, and daily expectations</li>\n<li>Ensure crews have proper tools, materials, and training to perform safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Supervise erection of PEMB systems, including structural steel, insulation, and exterior steel</li>\n<li>Maintain high-quality standards while prioritizing jobsite safety</li>\n<li>Manage equipment, machinery, and crane coordination</li>\n<li>Approve timecards and track labor productivity</li>\n<li>Complete required documentation including timesheets, work orders, and incident reports</li>\n<li>Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members</li>\n<li>Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed</li>\n<li>Communicate job completion status for invoicing and operations coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years</span> of experience in steel erection or metal building construction</li>\n<li>Proven experience erecting<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pre-engineered metal buildings</span></li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work</li>\n<li>Experience working with cranes and signaling hoisting operations</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">50–100+ feet</span></li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask in fast-paced, multi-crew environments</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 (required or ability to obtain)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical &amp; Work Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">50+ pounds</span></li>\n<li>Frequent climbing, lifting, bending, and working at heights</li>\n<li>Willingness to work long hours and in adverse weather conditions</li>\n<li>Regular exposure to outdoor environments and jobsite noise</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Notes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is heavily focused on<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pre-engineered metal building erection</span>, including structural steel, insulation, and exterior steel systems</li>\n<li>Position is based in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Watertown, SD</span>, with travel required depending on project location  <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> Required (regional)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
