    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div id=\"isPasted\"><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">***This position is located at our NEW facility at 283 Ship Canal Parkway!***</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and technology-enabled warehouse operations. This position goes beyond traditional warehouse or forklift work&mdash;requiring strong problem-solving skills, comfort with digital tools, and the flexibility to shift between tasks as operational needs evolve. The ideal candidate is curious, tech-savvy, and motivated to help improve warehouse processes and performance.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Execute all inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, order picking, and staging.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Operate forklifts and powered equipment safely and efficiently while using RF scanners and digital tools to complete tasks.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft applications to track, update, and maintain accurate inventory levels.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, workflow bottlenecks, and equipment or scanning issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, special projects, and evolving production or logistics needs.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA standards, and internal quality and safety protocols.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Support operational priorities by shifting between tasks and work areas as needed in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform additional flexible duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><p>&bull; High School Diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Minimum 1-year of forklift certification, required. 2-4 years forklift experience, preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; 2&ndash;3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations is extremely helpful for this role.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Strong familiarity with warehouse technology including WMS platforms, RF scanners, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Proven ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in real time.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Basic math skills.</p><p><strong>Safety Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Must wear safety boots/shoes.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Must wear safety vest.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical requirements </strong></p><p>&bull; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</p><p>*Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
