This is a full-time, day shift position working a Monday - Friday schedule. &nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Works closely with RN and Nurse Manager.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Triage patient phone calls as needed: documents relevant information in patient chart via computer.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Assist Physician and RN with coordination of patient care, completing various forms, and communication with other medical personnel as needed.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Prepares Chart for IV and Oral Therapies education in conjunction with the RN.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Obtains prior authorizations for Oral Therapies.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Refills prescriptions for Oral Chemotherapy in conjunction with the RN.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Schedules first chemotherapy appointment.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Performs patient education with oral therapy, injections, and non-chemo IV medications.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">IV administration of non-chemo agents.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Injection administration.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Checks charts for most recent dictation associated with last visit and verifies authorization and labs.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Records appropriate information in assessments.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Calls patients with PT/INR results and new directions after receiving from the provider.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Must be able to type and work on a computer.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in;
