As the main point of contact for all learners they are responsible for providing excellence in customer service to students and public both in person and over the phone.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With an emphasis on Enrollment Services and Course Registrations, the Registrar Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enrollment management support to both students and staff for the Office of the Registrar, both in person and over the phone, assisting with Payment Processing, and ensuring a smooth process for student applications and document collection.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Diploma</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">One or more years of relevant customer service experience working in a face paced, high demand customer service environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Previous call center and or payment processing experience is preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Superior written/verbal communication skills and ability to work with a diverse student population.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Previous experience in working with payment processing systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent data entry skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Intermediate Microsoft Office.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">An equivalent combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>If your education was received internationally we will require you provide an international education assessment through </span><a href=\"https://www.alberta.ca/iqas-employment-apply\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>IQAS</span></a><span>, </span><a href=\"https://www.wes.org/ca/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>WES</span></a><span>, or one of the other nationally designated organizations upon hire</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Closing Date: June 9th, 2026</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">This opening is a continuous AUPE position, open only to Internal Candidates.
