The Linen Room Attendant – Woodrun Lodge plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping services by managing all daily linen processing and inventory control . Based at our Woodrun Lodge property , this role supports the housekeeping team by maintaining a steady supply of fresh linens, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that essential supplies are well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on environment.
Starting wage between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour.
What will I be doing?
Linen Processing & Housekeeping Support
Prepare all linen for each Housekeeping team. Maintain proper linen rotation , ensuring clean linens are available at all times. Coordinate with external linen suppliers and laundry services to track deliveries and returns. Inspect linens for damage or stains, ensuring only high-quality items are used in guest units. Delivering linen to Housekeeping Teams at properties we manage as needed. Assist housekeepers by replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed. Ensure used linens are properly sorted and stored before pick-up or washing. Inventory Control & Stock Management
Monitor and track inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities , ensuring accurate stock levels. Maintain organized storage areas, following company procedures for inventory control. Conduct regular inventory checks and report low stock levels to the Property Services Manager. Assist in ordering and restocking essential housekeeping supplies. Handle the distribution of supplies and linen to housekeeping teams at properties and/or designated storage locations. Property Maintenance & Cleanliness
Keep housekeeping areas, laundry rooms, and storage spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of storage areas within the Woodrun Lodge Building . Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the Property Services team for prompt resolution. Provide occasional support for minor housekeeping duties, such as removing trash or delivering special guest requests. Follow all health and safety protocols related to handling linens and cleaning supplies. Team Support & Flexibility
Work closely with the Housekeeping and Property Services teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Be flexible and adaptable, stepping in to assist with various operational tasks when required. Maintain strong communication with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct various property inspections before and after guest/owner stays at properties we manage within the Woodrun Lodge Building and surrounding areas. Other duties as required – every day may bring new challenges, and teamwork is key.
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or inventory control is an asset. Highly organized, with the ability to track and manage inventory efficiently. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and orderliness. Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move linens and supplies as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment . Team player with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Whistler and the surrounding area is an asset. Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods . Has a valid BC driver's licence

Role Requirements:
You must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to assist you in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
