Partnering with renowned experts, we continually enhance the science behind our devices to improve patient outcomes.<strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>While reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for depot repair and on-site service repairs and maintenance of aesthetic laser equipment.</p><p><em>This is a field based position in the Northwest area</em></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><em>The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.</em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>Perform in-house device verification, device repair and software validation</li><li>Using company guidelines to repair, test, calibrate and install aesthetic laser systems and/or subassemblies</li><li>Provide professional, courteous, prompt and skilled technical service to customers</li><li>Responsible for documenting all service activities in timely manner and in compliance with FDA requirements</li><li>Act as an expert in the field to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways</li><li>Manipulate and manage schedule(s) to best serve customer needs and gaps</li><li>Report and escalate to supervisor any potential problems which could impact timely completion of the repair</li><li>Proactive in finding methods to improve reliability, manufacturing and engineering&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with ASM and RSM to identify customers for upgrades, new purchases, and additional customer training</li><li>Identify error codes, re-occurring problems and troubleshooting solutions to direct supervisor and R&amp;D to solve problems&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the operational quality of the system and instructing customers on the operation and maintenance of the system</li><li>Independent and timely submission of RMAs, closing calls, and expense reports&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Work Experience and Skills</strong></p><p>Candidates must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations:</p><ul><li>Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls</li><li>Reach with hands and arms to scoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl</li><li>Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying products weighing up to 50 pounds</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>BS or AS in Electronics, Laser Technology or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electronic system troubleshooting</li><li>High-level customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate with others clearly and tactfully.</li><li>Enhanced knowledge and understanding of optics, electronics, and mechanic principles&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies down to component level</li><li>Requires ability to schedule travel for customer appointments</li><li>Travel up to 85% domestic and/or international&nbsp;</li><li>Handles multiple requests/projects simultaneously and prioritize.</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><br></div></div></div><p><br></p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
