    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EXPLEO USA is looking for a <strong>Special Service Vehicle Accessory Engineer </strong>to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, Michigan.</p>\n<h3>What’s in It for You?</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Impactful Work – Shape the design and integration of accessories for special service vehicles</li>\n <li>Professional Growth – Collaborate with brand strategy, engineering, and supplier teams on cutting-edge projects</li>\n <li>Collaborative Culture – Join a team that values creativity, technical excellence, and accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Your Role & Responsibilities</h3>\n<p>You will play a key role in driving the design, development, and integration of special service vehicle accessories.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with brand planning and strategy teams to develop new feature ideas</li>\n <li>Conduct initial design and feasibility studies with Electrical, Interior/Exterior Product teams, Vehicle Integration, and Product Design Office</li>\n <li>Create Source Package documents and support Mopar Purchasing in reviewing technical submissions from suppliers</li>\n <li>Lead vehicle test and validation activities based on component and vehicle DVP validation plans</li>\n <li>Host weekly engineering development meetings with suppliers and Mopar team members</li>\n <li>Track and manage part timing to ensure on-time launch and manage releasing of changes on vehicle systems and components</li>\n <li>Support component supplier development activities and ensure compliance with design and manufacturing processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Requirements:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering or accessory development</li>\n <li>Wire harness or electrical design experience required</li>\n <li>Intermediate skills with physical and virtual tools for design and validation</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of part design processes, manufacturing processes, and material selection</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams</li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree</li>\n <li>Experience with aftermarket special service vehicle conversions or customization</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Mopar processes and supplier development activities</li>\n <li>Familiarity with vehicle integration and accessory validation</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We Offer:</h3>\n<p>At Expleo USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
