    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Automotive Service Dispatcher </strong>plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to customers. We deliver the highest quality service while maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years Automotive Shop Experience, dispatcher dealer-level or large facility experience.  An unrestricted California driver's license and a clean driving record.  He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system.</li>\n <li>Schedules shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level required.</li>\n <li>Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.</li>\n <li>Reviews repair orders turned in by Service Technicians to ensure accuracy of work completed.</li>\n <li><p>Ensures that technicians follow warranty procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Work with team members to increase productivity and open line of communication with Service Advisors with updates.</p></li>\n <li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3 +years' Automotive Service Department Dispatch experience!!</li>\n <li>Ability to distribute work to Service Technician in a fair manner according to their skill level.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to motivate and lead the production of technicians.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.</li>\n <li>Safety and customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and work ethic.</li>\n <li>Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>",
