    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Position: </strong>Behavior Technician</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Orland Park, IL </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-Time Monday - Friday (hours vary) (1-2 evenings per week)</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $19.00- $22.00/ hr (pending experience)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Students working towards an RBT and/or Master’s in ABA are encouraged to apply. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Detail-Oriented: </strong>Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress</li>\n <li><strong>Personalized Treatment: </strong>Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center </li>\n <li><strong>Specialized Programs: </strong>Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma/GED required</li>\n <li>Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required</li>\n <li>Health Care Experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
