Readiness means the fixtures are designed, built, and installed; in-store labor is planned and scheduled; associates are trained; inventory is positioned through CPFR collaboration; and every store has a clear, executable playbook — before day one, not after.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will be the connective tissue between what Hisense marketing plans and what actually happens on the sales floor. Working across Retail Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, you will translate new product introductions, store refreshes, and retail programs into store-level execution plans — and then track them to completion.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Launch readiness: </span>Build and maintain launch-readiness playbooks for new product introductions (NPI) and seasonal resets — covering fixtures, displays, signage, labor, training, and inventory — for major retail partners.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fixtures &amp; displays: </span>Coordinate fixture and display programs from design intent through build, shipment, installation, and refresh tracking; monitor store refresh completion rates and chase gaps to closure.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In-store labor: </span>Support in-store labor planning and scheduling so trained coverage aligns with launches, promotions, and high-traffic windows.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CPFR alignment: </span>Partner with CPFR and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts, replenishment, and inventory positioning with retail marketing programs — so displays are never empty on launch day.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training deployment: </span>Coordinate deployment of product USP/benefit training materials and readiness communications to field teams and third-party labor ahead of every major program.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Measurement: </span>Track and report readiness KPIs — store refresh completion, training completion, on-time fixture installation, launch-day readiness, and sellout performance — and flag risks early.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field engagement: </span>Conduct store visits and execution audits; document findings, share best practices, and feed lessons learned back into the readiness playbook.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements/Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese</span> (spoken and written) is required — this role collaborates regularly with Hisense headquarters teams in China on readiness planning, content, and program alignment.</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in retail marketing, retail operations, merchandising execution, vendor field teams, or a related function; consumer electronics or major appliance experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of big-box retail execution — planograms, resets, fixture installation, third-party labor, and/or retailer portal systems.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CPFR, forecasting, or replenishment concepts, or a demonstrated aptitude to learn them quickly.</li>\n<li>Strong project coordination skills: you keep multi-workstream checklists honest, communicate status clearly, and escalate before problems become surprises.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort turning messy inputs into clear trackers and readable reports.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel up to 30%, driven by seasonality, for store visits, resets, launches, and retailer meetings.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why This Role?</span><br></p>\n<p>This is a ground-floor seat on a function Hisense is building deliberately — modeled on the readiness discipline used by the most admired names in retail.
