Secondarily, you will be required to lead the internal audit process in support of our various quality certifications. Fulfillment of your primary function is achieved through the analysis of data, review of internal/external customer feedback to improve our processes, discovery of root cause, Corrective and Preventative Action plans, training of personnel and successful NPI (New Product Introduction) launches.
