When you join us, you become part of that effort.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About The Role</span></p>\n<p>We have a casual position for an enthusiastic Client Services person to join our Customer Services Team at Levin &amp; Horowhenua Vets and Otaki Vets.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Possibility for part-time hours on a fixed term basis available later in the year.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for people who have the following qualities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for customer service, with excellent communication skills</li>\n<li>Enjoys working in a busy environment and being busy all day</li>\n<li>Rural, farming, or agricultural experience and knowledge</li>\n<li>Veterinary practice experience and knowledge</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Horowhenua area and geographical locations</li>\n<li>Previous experience in managing calls, booking diaries and appointments</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and to use initiative</li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills</li>\n<li>Confident, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on detail and going the extra mile</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing first point of contact for our clients and visitors</li>\n<li>Booking appointments for clients</li>\n<li>Answering animal health questions</li>\n<li>Telephone contact and follow-up calls</li>\n<li>Providing sales advice and product knowledge</li>\n<li>End of Day processing and banking</li>\n<li>Administration support for our veterinarians</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Previous experience within a customer service, veterinary or agricultural sector would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be given.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A copy of the job description is available on request, please email Erin Wasley, HR Manager at [email protected]</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>Apply now with a Cover letter and CV.</p>",
