Description

The Social Media Coordinator (SMC) will support the Social Media and Influencer Marketing teams in organizing, planning and executing social media and influencer marketing activities for Wray Ward and its clients. This entry-level position will offer experience in social media content creation and community management and influencer program activation. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to multitask and work in a collaborative, team environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Social Media Coordinator Work with social media director, associate directors and managers to manage social media programs on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest, including content creation, posting, engagement, monitoring and reporting Work with influencer marketing managers to identify and research influencers aligned with agency clients, assist with contracting influencers across programs and provide support for program activation. Provide administrative support in creating purchase orders, client setup forms, job starts, work orders and other activities that help in organizing and tracking client projects
