We are looking for highly skilled craftsmen who take pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality finishes, meeting the strict texture, flatness, thickness, and durability standards our customers expect.</p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>As a Concrete Finisher with Custom Concrete, you will work on a wide range of commercial, multifamily, and industrial concrete projects. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete with precision and efficiency while maintaining the highest levels of safety and professionalism on every job site.</p><h3><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>concrete finishing experience -&nbsp;</strong>(preferred multi-family or commercial)</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience operating <em>ride‑on trowel machines</em></li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience working on <em>commercial or industrial</em> concrete projects</li></ul><h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h3><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Finish concrete slabs on grade according to specified flatness, levels, and slopes</li><li>Form and pour slab‑on‑grade, slab‑on‑deck, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement</li><li>Use hand tools to edge, joint, and finish surfaces to professional standards</li><li>Operate walk‑behind and ride‑on trowel machines to achieve required finish and density</li><li>Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and extended tool use</li><li>Work in all weather conditions&mdash;heat, cold, rain, or snow</li><li>Safely load and unload materials, including climbing into and out of box trucks</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas by securing tools and removing hazards daily</li></ul><h3><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></h3><p>Ideal candidates demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Reliability and willingness to work in challenging jobsite environments</li><li>Consistent adherence to safety practices and company standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Why Join Custom Concrete?</strong></h3><p>At Custom Concrete Co., we believe in investing in great people.
