    "description": "<p><span>We are looking for a motivated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Group Finance Controller</span> to join our growing finance team. Our mission is to enhance the ticketing experience through cutting-edge technology, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support group month-end closing activities and related reporting.</li>\n<li>Perform analytical reviews, reconciliations, and balance sheet checks.</li>\n<li>Collect and validate inputs for group invoicing and intercompany recharges; support related analyses and prepare a monthly overview.</li>\n<li>Assist with management reporting and variance analysis.</li>\n<li>Support the forecasting and budgeting process.</li>\n<li>Maintain clear documentation and adhere to established templates and deadlines.</li>\n<li>Participate in ad hoc finance projects and support the implementation of new processes, controls, and reporting improvements.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years of experience in accounting, controlling, audit or group finance.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of month-end closing processes and financial statements.</li>\n<li>IFRS knowledge is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI and experience with AI tools are an advantage.</li>\n<li>Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and effectively follow up with multiple stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.</li>\n<li>Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is a plus.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to group-level finance and controlling.</li>\n<li>Close cooperation with the Head of Finance and cross-functional teams across the Group.</li>\n<li>A forward-looking finance environment with continuous process improvement and AI-supported ways of working.</li>\n<li>An international working environment.<br></li>\n<li>5 health days in a year.</li>\n<li>Sports compensation, or Confido health insurance.</li>\n<li>Modern office located in the heart of Tallinn. <br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Previous experience is helpful, but we place strong value on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">motivation, willingness to learn, and integrity</span>.
