This candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and be passionate about success. The ability to take responsibility for sales in assigned regions is a must.  </p><p lang=\"en-us\">The ideal candidate must have: </p><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Strong Sales experience with a proven track record </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">In Center Management Skills </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Interpersonal Skills </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Experience with Multi-Unit Management  </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Specific job duties include: </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Oversee Sales/Performance goals for each store </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Perform Sales trainings to In-Store Managers </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Establish strong working relationships with franchisees </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Work closely with franchisees on follow-up and business development </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Provide effective, on-going coaching, support and assistance to franchisees </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Overall responsible for assigned region to achieve sales goals </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Daily accountability of sales managers in assigned regions </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Ensure branch sales managers are recruiting and hiring best sales representatives on a continual basis, and maintaining only the best performers long term </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Recruiting, hiring, and training in assigned region </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Continually exceed all company standards for performance in assigned region </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Work with executive team on business development/growth </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Travel to branch offices in assigned region to ensure company processes are followed </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Develop sales leaders that can provide continued growth in any environment </p></li><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Ability to Travel between 50-70% of the week with the possibility of little to no lead time.
