EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Engineering Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2026 summer. Primary Responsibilities Assist in development of embedded hardware and firmware Create automated tests to verify firmware meets requirements Assist in development of various automated software and tools for supporting various groups in the company Why EquipmentShare? We’re looking for people who: See challenges as opportunities Embrace change and continuous improvement Bring energy, effort, and optimism every day Skills & Qualifications Must be actively working towards a BS degree (or seeking) in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science preferred Attention to detail / organization skills Self Motivated Able to install nuts/bolts using mechanical hand tools / power tools Has available/reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher You have excellent communication skills Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Creo preferred You are highly organized and able to multitask You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude A Workplace For All At EquipmentShare, we believe the best solutions come from a team that reflects the world around us.
