Leveraging a strong understanding of subsidiaries, joint ventures, and performance drivers, you will support business units in achieving their objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Closely monitoring economic, fiscal, and geopolitical developments, you will also contribute to optimizing the financial systems, tools, and processes that support the company’s growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Seize the opportunity to join InnovMetric, a people‑focused, world‑class company experiencing strong growth, and maximize your potential by taking on the following responsibilities:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hire, train, develop, and retain department staff</li>\n <li>Plan, lead, and coordinate financial analyses as well as budgetary and financial planning (annual budget, five‑year plan, management reports, etc.)</li>\n <li>Monitor the group’s financial performance and cash flow by analyzing financial ratios, internal and external trends, and recommending the evolution of key performance indicators</li>\n <li>Plan, lead, and coordinate the product cost and profitability analysis process</li>\n <li>Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding profitability, costs, investments, and optimization opportunities</li>\n <li>Ensure the optimization of dynamic financial models to support decision‑making</li>\n <li>Maintain effective relationships with operational departments and subsidiary management to understand financial and operational challenges</li>\n <li>Conduct financial analyses and evaluations related to investment projects, business acquisitions, or new products</li>\n <li>Participate in due diligence processes and transactional negotiations</li>\n <li>Ensure the integrity of financial data, compliance with ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises), and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes</li>\n <li>Present financial analyses to senior management and external partners</li>\n <li>Manage risks and regulatory obligations within areas of responsibility and oversee Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)</li>\n <li>Monitor system and process performance indicators under your supervision, manage continuous improvement initiatives, and lead optimization projects</li>\n <li>Lead the implementation and evolution of accounting and financial systems</li>\n <li>Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, as well as external or tax audits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting</li>\n <li>Be a certified CPA</li>\n <li>Accumulate over 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in management</li>\n <li>Have a strong knowledge of ASPE</li>\n <li>Show advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)</li>\n <li>Have knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning systems (an asset)</li>\n <li>Master the risks related to accounting and financial processes, as well as ICFR</li>\n <li>Understand the risks and controls applicable to service organizations for auditor reporting (SOC)</li>\n <li>Show strong interpersonal skills, sound professional judgment, and a collaborative approach</li>\n <li>Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and synthesis skills</li>\n <li>Possess excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly</li>\n <li>Show strong proficiency in information technologies</li>\n <li>Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>InnovMetric offers excellent working conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible work schedule, allowing for a good balance between personal and professional life</li>\n <li>Possibility of teleworking </li>\n <li>Competitive salary </li>\n <li>Group insurance and telemedicine service</li>\n <li>Free tea, coffee, and parking</li>\n <li>Sports and social activities as well as IMBand music group (check it out on Youtube!)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who are we ?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>InnovMetric is an independent software development company that empowers manufacturers of every size to digitally transform their 3D measurement processes.
