With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Safety –</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. </li>\n <li>BBS Participation</li>\n</ul>\n<li>Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach</li>\n<li>Meet productivity standards</li>\n<li>Complete required documentation</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine</li>\n<li>Make adjustments to machinery as needed</li>\n<li>Suggest improvements to processes or procedures</li>\n<li>Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements  </li>\n<li>Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment</li>\n<li>Obtain and maintain Operator Certification </li>\n<li>Train others as needed</li>\n<li>Additional duties as assigned</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p>\n<p>Internal support certification</p>\n<p>At least 2 years manufacturing experience.  </p>",
