    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>RN - Mental Health Unit</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Allen Hospital, Waterloo, IA</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Part-time, Nights- 7p-7a</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Differentials: </strong></p>\n<p><strong>$5.00/hour from 3p-11p, $7.50/hour from 11p-7a, additional $7.50/hour on weekends</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The MHU is a 21-bed adult inpatient unit accepting a wide range of diagnoses from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia and behavioral disturbances. All of our rooms are private and monitored 24/7 by camera. We follow a multidisciplinary team approach for each patient. The care team includes: psychiatrist, ARNP, RN, social work/mental health counselors, discharge navigator, occupational therapy services, patient care techs and safety techs.</p>\n<h2>Why UnityPoint Health?</h2>\n<p>At UnityPoint Health, you matter. Able to meet the physical demands on file in the Human Resources Department.</li>\n</ul>",
