You’ll act as Product Owner within Agile development teams, steering product direction, prioritising backlogs, and guiding Product Managers in key decision-making.</p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants, Project Management and Marketing teams to ensure our product developments align with business strategy, meet customer needs, and deliver commercial value.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is based in our Bracknell, Berkshire head office. Travel within the UK and internationally will be required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities of the role…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Ownership &amp; Delivery:</span></p>\n<p>Fulfil the Product Owner role for product sprints</p>\n<p>Collate and refine backlog items</p>\n<p>Prioritise the product backlog in line with business objectives</p>\n<p>Make informed design decisions</p>\n<p>Ensure development teams deliver the work committed to at the end of each sprint</p>\n<p>Resolve conflicts in customer priorities and manage escalations effectively</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategy &amp; Commercial Focus:</span></p>\n<p>Ensure product changes are aligned with overall business strategy</p>\n<p>Make decisions that take commercial considerations into account</p>\n<p>Contribute to and maintain the quarterly product roadmap</p>\n<p>Drive strong customer uptake of new features and enhancements</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</span></p>\n<p>Provide product knowledge to Sales and Solution Consultants to assist with bids</p>\n<p>Share delivery timeframes with the Project Management team</p>\n<p>Liaise with Engineering to ensure the priority of bugs and enhancements is clearly understood</p>\n<p>Work with Marketing to ensure customers are kept up-to-date with product developments</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Engagement &amp; Communication:</span></p>\n<p>Deliver monthly webinars sharing product news</p>\n<p>Lead quarterly roadmap sessions</p>\n<p>Host quarterly user forums</p>\n<p>Hold ad hoc meetings with customers to share product vision and gather feedback</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Degree or equivalent experience</p>\n<p>A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management</p>\n<p>Strong Agile experience, ideally as a Product Owner</p>\n<p>Experience in telecommunications essential</p>\n<p>Contact centre experience desirable</p>\n<p>Knowledge of Agile processes (JIRA desirable)</p>\n<p>Commercially aware with the ability to make balanced, informed decisions</p>\n<p>Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills</p>\n<p>Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Company…</span></p>\n<p>Content Guru is the largest privately owned provider of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) in Europe.
