Description
This role supports the overall Student Success team in its administrative processes so that student support can happen in a timely, organized manner.
Duties and responsibilities
1. (50%) Financial Aid Assistant
Maintains and updates scholarship awards in Populi. Develops and maintains financial aid reporting tools. Partners with the Student Success team to respond to student questions. 2. (50%) Student Support and Data Assistant
Assists in the development and maintenance of the student knowledgebase and internal documentation of policy and processes. Assists in regular academic reporting and processes. Partners with the Student Success team to maintain student records in Populi and to answer questions about student progress and degree plans. 3. Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor.
