      "content": "\n<li>Displays understanding of basic AV systems.</li>\n<li>Displays knowledge of AVIXA rack-building standards.</li>\n<li>Gathers critical information from AV hardware:</li>\n<li>Serial numbers</li>\n<li>MAC addresses</li>\n<li>Firmware versions</li>\n<li>Software versions</li>\n<li>Username and password</li>\n<li>IP addresses</li>\n<li>Tests and configures AV equipment:</li>\n<li>Updates firmware</li>\n<li>Mocks up system in lab per engineer provided drawings</li>\n<li>Builds AV Equipment racks per AVIXA standards.</li>\n<li>Maintains AV warehouse inventory spreadsheet.</li>\n<li>Maintains AV rack fabrication area.</li>\n<li>Works with AV programmers to push system configurations and programming to AV systems.</li>\n<li>Assists AV engineers with testing AV systems in shop.</li>\n<li>Packages, labels, and ships AV systems once fully tested.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands:</strong></li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to use basic hand tools.</li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime as requested by AV Engineering Manager.</li>\n"
