If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>As a Housekeeper, you will:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.</li><li>Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.</li><li>Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.</li><li>Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.</li><li>Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.</li><li>Immediately report any Lost &amp; Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.</li><li>Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations</li></ul><p>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
