This is a hands-on opportunity to learn pipe fabrication and welding using automated machinery while working alongside experienced team members. You&rsquo;ll receive on-the-job training focused on quality, accuracy, and safety as you build valuable manufacturing skills. <strong>No prior welding experience required &mdash; we&rsquo;ll train you!</strong>&nbsp; <strong>No Sundays are required!</strong></p><p>This position is <strong>second shift</strong>, with availability required starting at <strong>2:00 PM</strong>, working <strong>12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday</strong>.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Learn to fabricate, weld, and thread pipe to customer specifications using automated equipment.</li><li>Support a positive customer experience by following instructions and quality standards.</li><li>Receive training on reading basic mechanical drawings and understanding machine settings.</li><li>Operate and monitor fabrication machines with guidance, reporting any defects or concerns.</li><li>Assist with setting stops or guides to proper lengths and checking measurements for accuracy.</li><li>Help prepare finished workpieces by removing burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale.</li><li>Participate in basic weld testing, simple repairs, and routine equipment upkeep as trained.</li><li>Bundle and move materials to designated areas following safety guidelines.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with OSHA standards.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Demonstrate dependable attendance, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safe work practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Six months of warehouse experience preferred, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Knowledge:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Effective communication, teamwork, and sound judgment under pressure.</li><li>Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).</li><li>Proficient with computers; experience with Eclipse software is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Licenses &amp; Certifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to pass a powered industrial equipment operator exam (e.g., forklift certification).</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong><br>&nbsp;The physical demands and work environment described below outline the requirements to perform this job.
