This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in developing a career in the roofing trade. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>1. Roofing Installation and Repair:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Support the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems, including tile, foam, hot, built-up, and single-ply roofing (TPO, PVC, EPDM).&nbsp;</li><li>Help prepare the work area by removing debris, old roofing materials, and cleaning the roof surface. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the application of roofing materials such as insulation, membranes, flashings, and shingles, under the direction of senior crew members.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in waterproofing and sealing tasks to protect the integrity of the roofing system.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>2.
