This role is located in <b>Berwyn, PA</b>.</span><br><br><span><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Develop and implement data analytics strategies by utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data governance frameworks and conducting regular audits.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead initiatives to improve data management processes, enhance data accessibility and usability for stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive the adoption of innovative data solutions by staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span><b>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
