          "text": "<p>THERE IS FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW</p><p>MUST BE LOCAL TO MN</p><p>The client needs a proven Java developer with extensive expertise and specialization in middle tier and backend systems and experience on large complicated projects.</p><p> </p><p>Technology expertise:</p><p>Weblogic</p><p>ESB</p><p>JDBC</p><p>Eclipse</p><p>Spring</p><p>Hibernate</p><p> </p><p>On their resume and in their experience:</p><p>Look for several years and multiple projects doing service or integration development.</p><p>Look for XML/XSLT development.</p><p>Look for SOAP based services.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>The client is looking for an Java developer with 8+ years experience who has specialized in BACKEND development , not someone who mostly does front end work.  A key thing I look at is if the resume/experience/projects has an obvious bias towards back end and integrations work. </p><p> </p><p>A lot of the resumes I&apos;ve been getting are not people with a lot of backend specific experience.  The client needs to see clear Java  and Backend/Integrations experience on their resume.
