Our diverse and dynamic programs can’t operate efficiently without the strength and heart of our nurses!</p><p><br></p><p>Benchmark's South Bend office is seeking a part time <strong>LPN Healthcare Coordinator</strong> to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention, as needed, for designated individuals in the Supported Living Program.
