Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports the Marketing Department in executing promotions, live racing events, and on-site activations, including assisting during events and guest interactions</li>\n <li>Supports the Marketing Department with PENN Play promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events.</li>\n <li>Assists and supports the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events.</li>\n <li>Responsible for educating patrons on the value of the PENN Play loyalty program; assist patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty program.</li>\n <li>Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for the marketing department.</li>\n <li>Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, and entertainment.</li>\n <li>Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li>\n <li>Proactively seeks out new business on the floor, soliciting enrollment in the loyalty program.</li>\n <li>Maintain the confidentiality of player information such as name, address, contact information, level play, wins, losses, number if visits, etc.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional representation on behalf of the company at internal and external events as needed.</li>\n <li>Plan and execute monthly displays and decorations necessary for events and promotions.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n <li>Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva) is a plus</li>\n <li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
