      "value": "As a Paralegal, you will work with a team of partners, solicitors, and paralegals in Anthony Gold's Court of Protection department. <br> <br> Your role will include the following, but additional tasks may be added as appropriate for the role:<br> <ul><li>To assist in the provision of administrative and legal services for clients.</li><li>To assist, where requested, in the provision of legal advice to clients, under supervision. Take notes in client meetings.</li><li>Attend clients at hospitals, care homes and in their homes.</li><li>Make regular payments to clients and keep accurate schedules of these payments. Also forecast forward spending and creating of budgets.</li><li>Day-to-day contact with clients and their individual lifestyle requirements.</li><li>Manage professionally and confidentially, written and telephone correspondence with clients, other solicitors and third parties </li><li>Delegate and supervise tasks where appropriate.</li><li>Work as a part of a team under the supervision of a Partner of the firm.</li><li>May also receive cases from several Partners and solicitors within the team.</li><li>Provide an efficient and friendly service to our clients.</li><li>Produce letters, witness statements, court applications, and other documents as required.</li><li>Maintain client care standards as set out in the firm’s terms of business and office manual.</li><li>Continue to develop your legal ability</li></ul>"
