    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Manager, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis for assigned business segments, delivering actionable insights through financial modeling, performance analysis, and close collaboration with business leaders to drive data-informed decisions and operational results. This role owns end-to-end planning processes—including long-range planning—and drives the strategic direction and optimization of Oracle EPM Planning. It also leads financial aspects of special projects and strategic initiatives (e.g., transformation, scenario planning, process optimization).<br>Additionally, the Manager advances adoption of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and automation across FP&amp;A workflows to modernize planning, reporting, and insight generation.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Owns the forecast, annual budget, and Long-Range Planning (LRP) process for assigned business segments and functions. Ensures accurate and timely completion of all deliverables; identifies trends in financial performance and provides insight and recommendations to drive business outcomes.</li><li>Leads the development of financial strategies for assigned business segments and functions.
