An ideal candidate would have 1 year of experience fabricating in all aspects of orthotics and prosthetics, including modifying. We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and exceptional technical ability. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Incentives</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Multiple health plans: PPO options through BC/BS and an HSA option</li>\n <li>Dental/vision/prescription/disability/supplemental life insurance and more</li>\n <li>Company matching 401(k)</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off (PTO) and extended illness days (EID)</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Fabricates and repairs orthotic and/or prosthetic devices.</li>\n <li>Performs fabrication processes according to company quality and quantity standards.</li>\n <li>Contacts vendors to order orthotic and prosthetic fabrication materials and maintains inventory of items used during the fabrication process.</li>\n <li>Assists technicians and trainees as necessary and monitors quality standards of work.</li>\n <li>Maintains a safe, clean and orderly work environment.</li>\n <li>Adheres to all safety regulations, compliance with Medicare and other governmental regulations, compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and company guidelines.</li>\n <li>Analyze reports, charts and correspondence and be able to interpret their meaning.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>One (1) year of fabrication experience within the Prosthetics and Orthotics field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as an orthotic/prosthetic technician</li>\n <li>Understanding of orthotic/prosthetic devices and O&P device fabrication and maintenance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
