This Part-time position will cover Elkhart &amp; St. Joseph Counties.<br></p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>&nbsp;20 hours per week. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide intensive individualized training on specific skills needed to obtain employment and at specific community job sites.</li><li>Provide support for individuals in dealing with co-workers and supervisors.</li><li>Assess each person served to identify their strengths, then provide guidance and coaching on how to use those strengths to obtain employment and succeed in their chosen career path.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with and educate employers regarding an individual's progress. &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate regularly with Employment Consultants regarding client performance on jobs.</li><li>Provide transportation for individuals as needed to support employment.</li><li>Teach appropriate work behaviors and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Areas of coverage: South Bend and La Porte.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalency required</li><li>Must have 3 years of continued and verifiable employment within 2 years of submitting an application.</li><li>Experience with people with disabilities preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Join Us?</strong> If you’re ready to embark on a rewarding career where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference, apply online at <a href=\"http://benchmarkhs.com/Careers\"><u>Benchmarkhs.com/Careers</u></a> and select Indiana.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
