At Erickson-Hall, you’ll grow your expertise, learn best practices from industry leaders, and share in the success you help create.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Duties</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take responsibility for the onsite construction of assigned projects including:<br>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating subcontractors or multi-primes</li>\n<li>Maintaining a positive relationship with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors</li>\n<li>Managing and supervising self-performed work items</li>\n<li>Processing requests for clarifications</li>\n<li>Updating as-built drawings</li>\n<li>Tracking costs and other items required to properly supervise the construction process</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Developing initial project schedule and update on regular basis throughout the project</li>\n<li>Assuring that progress photos are taken throughout the course of construction</li>\n<li>Assuring that daily reports are accurately and promptly prepared</li>\n<li>Complying with contract documents. Assure that the quality of materials and workmanship complies with applicable specifications and standards</li>\n<li>Reviewing shop drawings and submittals to ensure proper coordination of the work</li>\n<li>Assisting Project Manager in identifying and estimating changes in the work</li>\n<li>Taking the lead in implementing the project and company safety plans</li>\n<li>Working with the Project Manager assigned to the project as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of Commercial. Public Works experience preferred<br></li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and facility with numbers</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task, in a busy job site environment</li>\n<li>Ability to resolve issues independently based on project/company standards and verification of facts prior to releasing documents to the client or outside agencies</li>\n<li>Good judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly</li>\n<li>Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills<br></li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
