The Lead is also responsible for overseeing the daily workflow while ensuring accuracy and turnaround time, compiling daily reports outlining volume, productivity, and priorities. The Vehicle Operations Team Lead will work directly with the Vehicle Operations Fulfillment Manager regarding training and coaching team members on customer fulfillment, and will assist in managing communication and the delivery of services to key Vehicle customers.
