Our motto: Taking GOOD to G.R.E.A.T.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h2><p>This is a dual-property general manager role overseeing two co-located Marriott brands in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. You will serve as the on-site leader for both properties, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development while maintaining brand standards across both hotels. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and has high visibility with PAH corporate leadership.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Operations Leadership</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Lead daily operations across both properties, ensuring brand standards, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently met.</li><li>Tour operating departments daily; identify issues early and adjust through department heads.</li><li>Inspect rooms weekly with Housekeeping Manager and Property Engineer.</li><li>Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions using PAH Management&rsquo;s training standards.</li><li>Ensure all scheduled meetings occur on property and agendas drive accountability.</li><li>Oversee preventive maintenance programs and physical property upkeep.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Performance</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Own the financial results of both properties &mdash; revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.</li><li>Forecast monthly financial position by estimating revenues and line-by-line expenses; produce accurate reforecasts.</li><li>Ensure department heads maintain budgeted productivity levels and comply with PAH&rsquo;s checkbook accounting procedures.</li><li>Meet all financial review dates and ensure timely submission of required financial documents to the Corporate Office.</li><li>Ensure complete daily processing of invoices through the A/P process.</li><li>Maintain property safe security procedures and conduct monthly safe audits.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Sales &amp; Revenue</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Play an active role in the property&rsquo;s sales efforts &mdash; calling on top accounts, hosting client receptions, and engaging on-site contacts regularly.</li><li>Be visible in public spaces during peak times, greeting guests and supporting the sales effort in real time.</li><li>Meet prospective clients on-site and assist in converting tours to bookings.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>People Leadership</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing management team aligned with PAH&rsquo;s G.R.E.A.T. values.</li><li>Interview all final candidates for management vacancies before any offer is extended.</li><li>Motivate, coach, counsel, and hold managers accountable in accordance with PAH&rsquo;s SOPs.</li><li>Develop managers for future advancement through competency training and corporate-sponsored programs.</li><li>Maintain direct oversight of management trainees and ensure training-in-service standards are met across departments.</li><li>Ensure all associates receive fair and equitable treatment in compliance with PAH&rsquo;s standards.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Brand &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Maintain compliance with brand standards for both Marriott properties.</li><li>Complete required corporate training modules and obtain certification to facilitate brand training as required.</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel management experience; OR</li><li>4-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field with 4&ndash;5 years of hotel management experience; OR</li><li>2-year degree in a related field with 5&ndash;6 years of progressive hotel management experience.</li><li>Prior dual-property or multi-unit general management experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Marriott brand experience preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Skills &amp;
